June NCEA Meeting has been MOVED to November
The first-ever National Esthetic Teacher Conference has been a huge success and in order to plan for May 15-17, 2010 event - the 19th meeting will move to November 1st and 2nd to allow time for Speaker Applications to be reviewed by the committee members. NCEA'S LED Position
1. LED devices should be used by skin care professionals.
2. In addition to manufacturer supplied, device specific education, skin care professionalsshall complete a course of study equivalent to that recommended by the NCEA.
3. If skin care professionals wish to use LED devices, they should take the necessary education to include theoretical and practical application as part of their core curriculum or as continuing education modules.
