Regulators warned L'Oreal SA, the world's biggest cosmetics group, to stop advertising skincare products using language that makes them sound like drugs. Health watchdogs have issued another warning after a young woman died from illegal tanning injections she bought on the Internet. Tanning injections of the product Melanotan, are banned from sale in the U.K. but can be bought online. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, which regulates medicines and ensures they are safe to use, appealed for anyone who has bought the drug to contact them. More
