The package will also be updated to include needed clarifications, various improvements and greater ease of use during the subscription period, September 1, 2015 to August 31, 2017.

The TAB Contracts subscription is your blueprint for typical construction and remodeling transactions in the State of Texas. The Texas Association of Builders annual fall meeting is jam packed with exciting events. Over a three-day span, the association will expand its list of Texas Housing Hall of Honor inductee, install its 2016 Senior Officers, recognize its 2015 "of the year" award winners, host a HOMEPAC silent action and conduct association business.

The meetings will kick off with the bi-annual Leadership Conference on Tuesday, November 10 at 1 p.m. Rusty Deiss, NAHB's Membership Director, will facilitate an interactive "Value Proposition Workshop." Don't let the title deter you — this will be an informative and fun workshop that will inspire you to grow as a leader in the expansion of our association while providing you with some tips that will be helpful in selling your clients on your business proposition. The second part of the Conference will focus on helping you become a leader in your community to encourage, mentor and strengthen our industry by talking with students, parents and administrators on the importance of a skilled, professional building workforce by adding construction training classes in our high schools and community colleges. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend.

All events will take place at the new Westin Austin Downtown from November 10-12. The black-tie Hall of Honor induction and Leadership Dinner is set for 7 p.m. on November 12.

The late Harold Pollman will become the 18th inductee into the prestigious Hall of Honor. Mr. Pollman, a former member of the Dallas Builders Association, was a remarkable leader whose legacy is one of unparalleled service to the housing industry, our state, our nation and the world. The Hall of Honor celebrates men and women who have made significant and lasting contributions to the housing industry.

Following the induction, TAB will install its 2016 Senior Officers as well as honor its 2015 "of the year" award winners. The night will conclude with the reveal of the HOMEPAC silent auction winners.

If you are a member of the Texas Association of Builders, please register here for the fall meetings. If you do not hold a membership with TAB and would like to purchase tickets, please contact our office at (800) 252-3625.
