DC Velocity

Those figures come from "Pallets to 2017," a 300-page market study on pallets by Freedonia Group, a Cleveland-based research and analysis firm.

Leading under pressure
By C. Fredrick Crum
Yes, it has been said that when the going gets tough, the tough get going. The question is how do they get going? How do leaders respond when they are under pressure? We are not referring to physical pressure, like that which is exerted on a professional weightlifter. We are referring to pressure — the invisible mental state causing stress. RFID Journal
London's Kingston University is employing TrackerPoint's TrackCAB solution to automate its after-hours return process, as well as to conduct inventory counts of 2,000 pieces of media equipment, such as cameras, laptops and computers, that it loans out to students and faculty. The solution enables borrowers to return goods outside of business hours, by placing items into RFID-enabled lockers, and also reduces the amount of time required for personnel to take inventory of items stored in the equipment stockroom.
