Back to Virtual?
Classrooms will look different as school reopens this year. Education professionals and students are preparing for another virtual semester, but with COVID-19 precautions in place. Many parents, students, and teachers are experiencing higher levels of anxiety and/or stress as they balance working remotely, returning to the office, unemployment, and managing a virtual classroom.

In this summer issue of Triumph, ADAA has curated a list of helpful resources for dealing with these challenging situations, and how best to help children, and yourself, cope with the stressors of the months ahead.

We would love to hear from you on how this year is impacting you and your family’s mental health. Have a topic you would like to learn more about? Let us know. Interested in sharing your personal story of how you are triumphing over mental health challenges? Please share it with us. Your voice counts and helps #breakthestigma for others in similar situations.
