Approximately 20% of cancers worldwide are linked to an infectious agent. Currently, there are seven known oncogenic viruses, which include Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), hepatitis virus B and C (HBV and HCV), human papillomavirus (HPV), human T cell lymphoma virus 1 (HTLV-1), Kaposi sarcoma virus (also known as human herpes virus 8; KSVH or HHV8) and Merkel cell polyomavirus (MCPyV ). They also provide young people with "vital" education including supporting relationships and sex education, as well as providing general health advice to many young people, stated the report, entitled "Better for Women."
