.MEMBER-EXCLUSIVE NEWS
Every morning, when my 2-year-old daughter decides it's time to venture beyond the confines of the bedroom, she says the same thing:
"Need to open up the white door and see what's inside."
What's inside “the white door" is the same thing every day — our living room and kitchen, usually in some degree of disarray. But she talks about the other side of the door like it's the wardrobe entrance to Narnia.
What if you could feel that way about your work? Like every day was full of potential for new adventures and new perspectives, that there was the possibility for excitement even in the mundane?
What brings you fascination in your work? All the best, Holly Leber Simmons, ASJA Weekly editor

Journalism is a public service. So why doesn't it represent the public?
Poynter
Angela Yang writes, "I’m a young reporter from a low-income, working-class background. Sometimes, I ask myself why I’m still charging so eagerly into an industry that seems intent on pushing me away. 1 year into the pandemic, how are health reporters doing?
Nieman Reports
For many health reporters, reporting on the coronavirus started long before most Americans realized the devastating impact it would have on their daily lives.
