Ontario farmers file for stay of province's neonic regulations

Ontario's corn and soybean grower group is taking the province's planned regulations on the use and sale of pesticide-treated seed to court. Grain Farmers of Ontario (GFO) said it filed a request with the provincial Superior Court of Justice in Toronto, seeking a legal "interpretation" of the province's rules on neonicotinoid-treated seed.More

Liebherr to take over production of Claas Scorpion ag telehandlers under new deal

Under a new agreement between the two companies, Liebherr will begin manufacturing the Scorpion agricultural telehandlers for fellow European manufacturer Claas in 2018. Liebherr will take over manufacturing of the Scorpion from Kramer-Werke, a subsidiary of Wacker Neuson. More
