By Catherine Iste
Catherine Iste writes, "Though I have never been accused of being nice at work, my sister suffers from chronic niceness. Fire Chief
Why do we use CVFSS nozzles? Why do we have to put numbers on the firetrucks? Why does it matter what color the smoke is? Why do we have to exercise? Why do we have a social media policy? If newly formed visions and strategic plans are intended to propel organizations to places they have never been, then they also require individuals to do things they have never done before.
