Please join us for two-days of education and lobbying in Washington, D.C., as we amplify the voices of forensic nurses on the Hill. Our goal is to have #100ForensicRNs on the Hill.
Day One (Leadership Day) will help forensic nurses develop their voices to better communicate to legislators, funders and other supporters the work we do and our impact on patients and communities. Earn up to 6 contact hours. All experience levels are welcome.
Day Two (Lobby Day) we take to the Hill, using the skills developed on day one to talk with legislators and their staff about the issues important to forensic nurses and the patients for whom we care. No prior lobbying experience is needed. Not sure you feel comfortable lobbying solo? We can pair you with a more experienced colleague to mentor you in the process. Our goal is to have #100ForensicRNs on the Hill.
