Hospitality Design
The latest restaurant project from New York-based practice Tihany Design is set to arrive in Music City next month. Led by chef Michael Mina, Bourbon Steak Nashville will open on the 34th floor of the newly opened JW Marriott Nashville, providing a contemporary spin on the classic steakhouse.
Inspired by the building’s unique ellipse shape, Bourbon Steak’s interior will be defined by circular motifs and curved lines. Rounded, architectural wood panels and brushed metal sconces will complement a bourbon-inspired color palette that comes alive with blue and brass accents.

Chain Store Age
One of New York City’s most famous retail landmarks is set to undergo a total transformation. Tiffany & Co. will begin a massive renovation of its Manhattan flagship, starting this spring. The 10-story architectural icon, which is owned by the retailer, is located on 5th Avenue at 57th Street.
Tiffany will remain open for business during the revamp in a temporary space nearby, at 6 East 57th St., that was recently vacated by Nike. The renovation is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Dexigner
Wingårdhs recently renovated Radisson Collection Hotel, Strand Stockholm. The new interiors feature soft textures and rich colors alongside natural materials such as oak and walnut. The studio has introduced a custom grey-toned color that runs throughout the hotel and has also used recognizable design classics from the likes of Flos and Fritz Hansen within the communal areas of the hotel as well as the guest rooms. The hotel, which was originally opened in 1912 to coincide with the Stockholm Olympics, is situated in central Stockholm in the bustling area of Nybrokajen Bay and is just a short walk from Stockholm's Old Town, Gamla Stan.

Rotterdam’s Witte de Withstraat is two neighborhoods in one: by day, it’s a bustling art district, while after dark it’s a neon-lit nightlife destination. The new CityHub does one better, combining the interiors of three Withstraat buildings into a single hotel, courtesy of the vision and hard work of Amsterdam’s Studio Modijefsky. “The difference in levels, floor, and ceiling heights, and connecting [them all] without turning the hotel into a labyrinth was quite a design challenge,” says founder Esther Stam.

Hospitality Design
The newest addition to Marriott’s Autograph Collection, the Row Hotel at Assembly Row, has opened in the Boston suburb of Somerville. Crafted by Colwen Designs, the urban luxury concept pays homage to the industrial roots of the neighborhood.
In the lobby, floor-to-ceiling windows create an airy feel, and a sweeping spiral staircase edged in glass and galvanized metal invites the eye upward. Juxtaposing polished, sophisticated details with bold industrial elements, the space is adorned with mirrors and whimsical sculptures from artist Feliciano Bejar.

Designed by interior design and branding firm MARKZEFF, the Hotel Kabuki recently underwent a new interiors update that’s inspired by Japanese influences. Mark Zeff, Principal of his eponymous firm, says:
