//3877 recently completed a fashionable clean eating authority, 'DIRT,' in Arlington, Virginia's Ballston neighborhood. Like the restaurant's tagline, 'Eat Clean, Talk Dirty' suggests, the fresh and modern space is filled to the brim with sass and style served with a side of nutrition.
The design is evocative of both South Beach's vibrancy and D.C.'s rich character, welding clean, strong geometric forms with storied textures and industrial-chic materials.

Built in 2003 by Capella Garcia Arquitectura, the building is an unexpectedly contemporary landmark in the historic and centrally located Paseo de Gracia district. With sections flipping outwards, its distinctive facade resembles turned back sheets of paper.
