Think about all the data your association has at its fingertips: Demographics of your members, conference registrations, product sales, vendor buying habits. It’s a goldmine, right? Indeed, it's a major problem with 75 percent of respondents in an Ernst & Young survey stating that leading a multigenerational workforce is a challenge.
