NAC to bring 2015 Expo to Cincinnati

The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC) announced that it will hold its 2015 Concession and Hospitality Expo on July 21-24 at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati and the adjoining Duke Energy Convention Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. This will mark the first time in the Association's 70-year history that the annual event will be held in The Queen City.

NAC announces concessions Industry Data Initiative

In response to repeated inquiries for deeper information about the Concessions and Hospitality industry by members, industry, press, regulators and legislators, The National Association of Concessionaires (NAC) has announced the formation of an Industry Data Initiative and has named a steering committee to oversee the ongoing efforts which are expected to begin immediately.

For the first time in years, two different candy advertisers will take the field when Fox broadcasts Super Bowl XLVIII Feb. 2, 2014, from New Jersey's MetLife Stadium. Goal to go at stadium: 100-yard sushi roll

As the nation prepares for the annual chow-down holiday, executives with the North Texas Food Bank are working with the food and drink providers at AT&T Stadium to call attention to hunger. The food bank, Legends Hospitality and chef Yutaka Yamato are seeking 150 volunteers for Nov. 20 to help create a 100-yard Cowboy sushi roll on the field at the stadium. Yamato is owner of Yutaka Sushi Bistro in Dallas and the lead sushi chef for concessions with Legends at AT&T Stadium.
