Profit margins squeezed by rising costs, survey finds

Squeezed by rising product, materials and labor costs, profit margins at kitchen and bath design and remodeling firms are generally lower this year than in 2021, a survey by Kitchen & Bath Design News has revealed.
According to the nationwide survey, conducted last month among 270+ kitchen and bath dealers, designers and remodelers, 52.3% of those polled reported that margins are lower this year than in 2021.
