The legislation includes a provision on which NSPS was consulted that improves Federal Real Property Profile (FRPP) of the General Services Administration. FRPP, the existing inventory of Federal real estate, has been cited by the Government Accountability Office (GAO) as containing “unreliable real property data”, putting it on the GAO list of government activities that are the highest risk of waste, fraud and abuse.
