Chick-fil-A: Lead Business Analyst, Oracle EBS HR/Payroll
This role is responsible for leading the functional design of the critical Oracle-based restaurant systems that our Chick-fil-A owner/operators and team members use chain-wide for HR, Payroll and Benefits, as well as the integrations to other CFA systems. As a member of the Restaurant Labor Technology team, this role serves as a payroll and benefits functional liaison partnering with the associated teams in Financial Services, Legal and other areas of the business.
Our Flexible Future model offers a healthy mix of working in person and remotely, strengthening key elements of the Chick-fil-A culture by fostering collaboration and community.
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements, create documentation and resources for system implementations, changes, and issues
- Collaborate and interact with developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts to manage the implementation of changes and issue resolution
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for the HR, Payroll and Benefits functionality, including the custom-built user interface as well as the underlying Oracle E-Business Suite system
