With International Women’s Day approaching on Sunday, March 8, Beqom, a provider of compensation management software, surveyed 1,000 American adults to ask: what they care most about this International Women’s Day?
While 19% of the Americans want the elimination of the gender pay gap, 9% care the most about enacting a federal parental leave policy. However, 62% have no idea what they care the most about this International Women’s Day.
As per a previous survey done on enterprise employees, 73% of the American enterprise workers were aware of the gender pay gaps.
