OMCA A by-law has recently been passed that prohibits buses on Bonis Rd. in Scarborough and is a result of months of debate triggered by civilian complaints. Signs are to be posted in the area indicating this prohibition and it is recommended that all buses currently using the streets surrounding Agincourt Mall prepare to vacate.
