Ontario implements provincewide emergency brake
Government of Ontario
The Ontario government, in consultation with the Chief Medical Officer of Health and other health experts, is imposing a provincewide emergency brake as a result of an alarming surge in case numbers and COVID-19 hospitalizations across the province. The provincewide emergency brake will be effective Saturday, April 3, 2021, at 12:01 a.m. and the government intends to keep this in place for at least four weeks.

Death Notice for James "Jim" Healey

We are saddened to share that Jim Healey of Healey Motor Coach Tours in Brampton passed away on March 29th, 2021. Jim was a long-time member of OMCA and a huge supporter of the OMCA Marketplace. He specialized in day trips for preformed retiree and seniors groups and often escorted trips himself because he lived for interaction with people and ensuring fun was had by all. Several cruise lines require vaccines, but not everybody is on board

This summer, Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Crystal Cruises will launch the first large-ship ocean cruises in North America in more than a year. But with a caveat: adults and crew must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
