City hall’s sudden move to temporarily halt London’s bus rapid transit project to weigh the value of any heritage buildings in its way might suggest unseen intervention by Ontario’s new Tory government, one observer says.

They caught my eye as I was Googling for things to do in and around town, since we are staying home with our new puppy. But why should a staycation be boring?
