The DFW Chapter of PAMA recently donated a lectern to the Vintage Flying Museum to augment their aviation education and training commitments. The VFM aviation education includes programs for school children of all ages, and the Aviation Career Academy sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration and the Organization of Black Aerospace Professionals plus many other events.

In addition, the VFM offers their training facility for FAA Wings and Airworthiness training each month to support Inspection Authorization training, AMT Training and training for pilots. The FAA FAASTeam is directly involved in these events that are also supported by the Tarrant County College Aviation Department.

Chuckie Hospers, Director of the VFM, along with staff member Jimmie Hocker were presented the lectern with appreciation.
