West Virginia fugitive who cut off electronic monitoring bracelet caught

Michael Cunningham, 51, was awaiting trial under house arrest when he managed to circumvent his electronic monitoring device. Cunningham then disappeared, having mailed the device to his probation officer. He has, however, been apprehended in North Carolina and is awaiting extradition.More
