A time capsule opened recently in Saskatoon gave a look back 25 years, though Mother Nature hadn't been kind to all of the items that had been stowed there.
The capsule was sealed on Sept. 11, 1991, adjacent to the cairn in RCAF Park on Avenue C N. Veterans, Canadian Armed Forces personnel, the Royal Canadian Legion and others had placed items inside.
