Canadian Forces Snowbirds release 2021 Show Schedule

The Canadian Forces (CF) Snowbirds are releasing their tentative schedule for the 2021 Show Season, which will celebrate their 50th Anniversary.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this schedule is subject to change. The CF Snowbirds are committed to the health and safety of their audiences and will adhere to the highest level of COVID-19 precautions. The team will work with each air show and event to ensure COVID-19 measures are in place for both the Snowbirds team and the general public.

Les Snowbirds des Forces canadiennes (FC) publient leur calendrier provisoire de spectacles aériens pour la saison 2021, qui marquera leur 50e anniversaire.

Les Snowbirds des Forces canadiennes s’engagent à assurer la santé et la sécurité du public et à respecter les consignes les plus strictes relatives à la COVID-19. Only three of seven F-18 fighter jets purchased from Australia by the Canadian government have been integrated into the air force so far, and the Department of National Defence says key upgrades to as much as one-third of Canada's fighter force will take up to five years, according to documents recently tabled in the House of Commons.
The slow introduction of the used warplanes — meant to bolster Canada's existing CF-18s squadrons — and the long timeline for radar refurbishment have the opposition Conservatives questioning the value of the interim fleet.
