July 1 deadline for DSI response approaching

Many manufacturers tell RVDA they use results from the association's Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey to adjust policies and procedures that affect dealers, so it's vital that all dealer members participate. Results from the survey will be presented at brand committee meetings scheduled for Oct. 3-4, during the RV Dealers International Convention/Expo in Las Vegas. Trevor Hoffman and his wife and three boys will load up with Brad Ausmus and his family and hit the road in true retirement style: an RV trip winding its way across America.
