Understanding the implementation of behavior change interventions is critical to improving intervention effectiveness and informing dissemination efforts. However, evidence from rural-specific contexts remains limited. In this webinar, we will share findings from a mixed-methods process evaluation of a community-based cardiovascular disease prevention program for rural women: Strong Hearts, Healthy Communities.

The presentation will share findings of a qualitative study conducted with SNAP-Ed leaders in California in 2015-16. At that time, the state was newly implementing guidelines to ensure that SNAP-Ed programs integrate policy, systems, and environmental change interventions rather than deliver more traditional nutrition education programs in isolation. The presentation will discuss the processes, facilitators, and barriers reported by leaders in planning, implementing, and evaluating local programs.

Dairy Council of California
When children are at home for long periods like summer or unexpected school closures, it is important to keep them engaged in learning. Dairy Council of California offers a variety of online resources for all learners.
SDG Academy
With colleges and universities shifting to online learning, there is an increasing need for online resources that can be easily integrated into their existing curricula. The SDG Academy is a program of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, a global initiative for the United Nations supporting the Sustainable Development Goals. The Academy looks to ease the transition to online learning for educators teaching in a variety of disciplines and geographical contexts by offering free, high-quality content, including 30 massive open online courses (MOOCs) and nearly 1,200 lecture and case study videos from world experts available in their searchable SDG Academy Library.
These resources are pitched at an introductory Master's level, but are suitable for students, policymakers, life-long learners, and anyone with an interest in sustainable development.
U.S. Food & Drug
The campaign landing page provides an overview as well as links to resources for health educators, dietitians, teachers, healthcare professionals, and physicians. The "What's New" page gives more insight to the changes to the Nutrition Facts label. There are also social media messages, downloadable images, videos, factsheets, and newsletter content available here, which you are welcome to share – these are free and available for general use.
