As nutritionists we talk a lot about food — to people, to groups. Sometimes we conduct a food demo and could use some "patter" to keep the audience interested. Or maybe we want to keep current on new cookbooks or food trends. Podcasts to the rescue! The Splendid Table and The Sporkful are two podcasts that have been around awhile but here are some new podcasts you may not have heard of.
Welcome new members (since May 8)

Here at JNEB, we constantly strive to provide a journal that meets our readers' needs and is relevant to them. We'd like to ask for approximately 10-15 minutes of your time to take part in a survey about the Journal. The survey will ask a series of questions about your reading habits regarding the journal, in print and digital formats. The information will be used to build a picture of reading and usage habits so that the journal can be made more meaningful to you. Your responses will be strictly confidential and used only for research purposes.
